Yes. We will provide a tour of the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (MSAD) prior to the conference, including transportation between the hotel and the school.

Please note: This is separate from the Metro Deaf School, which is not affiliated with hosting the conference.

The schedule will be updated and published in Spring 2026 prior to the conference. For planning purposes, you can refer to the Conference schedule section where you can see the general dates and times. 

Yes. Updated schedules, presenter bios, and workshop materials will be available through the Sched app. If you don't already have the app, you will be able to download it to access conference materials.

Please complete the Call for Papers form no later than January 5, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of acceptance or declination.

Yes. The hotel offers reduced room rates for conference attendees up until March 25, 2026. Please refer to the Hotel information section for more details on booking. 

Yes, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The shuttle is based on availability at the time of the reservation request. Contact the Hotel Sales Office for current details and schedule. 

Yes. ASL/English interpreters will be available for the duration of the conference.

For breakout sessions, voicing interpreters will provide spoken English through Zoom sessions. Presenters will present in ASL, and interpreters will voice into Zoom. Attendees can then listen using their own devices while sitting in the same workshop room. Bringing personal listening devices ensures clear audio access during these sessions.
